Passion Smile, Lda. (Portuguese tax number NIPC 514452692) is the controller of the personal data processed by archie (archie.pt), including the klon™ product.
What we keep
Email, name, company, phone and account type (if you give them); the properties you create (address, area, property type); the photographs, floor plans and files you upload; the images and materials produced; credit transactions; technical usage logs.
What for
To provide the service you request, to send you the sign-in link and notices about your requests, to invoice and to keep the service secure. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
Who handles the data
Files are stored on Supabase servers (European Union). Images are processed by artificial intelligence models from Google and Anthropic, which receive the photographs to generate the results and do not keep them for training. The sign-in email is sent through Google servers. The archie team sees your files when it reviews a request. If you accept the advertising pixels, Meta, Google and TikTok receive the page viewed and whether you created an account, to measure the ads.
How long
For as long as the account exists. You can delete properties and files whenever you want in your workspace. To delete the account, write to us.

Access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection: hello@archie.pt. You can also file a complaint with the CNPD (Portuguese data protection authority).
Cookies and measurement
We only store in the browser what is needed to keep the session, the theme (light or dark) and your choice about the pixels.
We count visits without cookies: a random session per tab, the page, the button you tapped and the site you came from. Nothing that identifies you is stored.
The Meta, Google and TikTok pixels only load if you accept them in the site notice. They tell us which ads bring visits and new accounts. Change your choice.
