Plan credits arrive every month and work for any tool and any property. Each tool uses credits from your plan. Unused credits roll over to the next month. Prices exclude VAT.
In the photo tools, further attempts on the same photo are free. If a request can’t be done, the credits come back.

Questions
What is archie and what is klon™?
archie is the platform: four zones (klon™, Image Studio, Floor plans and Media) to produce a property’s marketing materials in one account. klon™ is the 3D product inside archie: the model of the home built automatically from the floor plan, which the buyer walks through and customizes on their phone.
How does the free period work?
A new account comes with 200 credits and 7 days with no watermark, in any zone. After the 7 days, without a plan, new images carry a watermark. Any credits left stay.
What is a credit?
archie’s currency. It arrives every month with your plan, or you buy it in packs. Each tool uses credits from your plan and is only charged when the result reaches your workspace.
Does the 3D model stay online forever?
It stays online for 6 months, the time it takes to sell the home. Then you renew for another 6 months, or it goes offline. We email you 30 days before and keep the files for a year, so you can reactivate it without redoing it.
Can the images go in a listing?
Yes, as an illustrative image. archie always keeps the original photo so you can show it alongside. In Declutter and Furnish, the floor, walls and windows stay as they are. In Full redesign the finishes change, never the architecture.
How long does it take?
Image Studio: one to two minutes per photo, Enhance instantly. Floor plans: 1 day. Video: up to 2 days. klon™, the 3D model: 4 business days, or 2 with priority.
Who makes the 3D model?
klon™ builds the model on its own, from the floor plan. A person on our team checks the tour room by room before delivery. That is why it takes 2 to 4 business days.
What if the image comes out from a different camera angle?
archie measures every image against the photo and tries up to 4 times at no extra charge. If none match, it flags it and doesn’t deliver it as good. Very tight shots, like narrow kitchens, need a wider photo.
Which photos should I take?
With your phone, at chest height, from the corner of the room toward the window. One photo per room is enough; two or three of each give more consistent images. Up to 30 photos per property.
Can I work as a team?
Yes. You create the team, invite by email, and credits and properties become shared. The Team plan is €49 a month for 2 people, with 1,300 credits; each extra seat costs €19 and adds 550 credits.
How do I pay?
With a monthly plan or a pack. Until online payments are live, you request it in your workspace and we add the credits the same day, with an invoice. Monthly plans from €29.
What happens to the photos and floor plans?
They are yours and stay in your private workspace, by property. Delete them whenever you want. They are never used for anything else.
