The service

archie (archie.pt) is a tool of Passion Smile, Lda. (Portuguese tax number NIPC 514452692) that produces property presentation materials in four zones: klon™ (3D models from the floor plan), Image Studio (images generated from photographs), Floor plans (vectorized and marketing floor plans) and Media (videos). Generated images are illustrative and do not replace the actual condition of the property. Anyone who uses them in a listing must label them as “illustrative image” and keep the original photograph available.

Account and credits

The account is created with your email. Credits are the internal currency: they come with the monthly plan or are bought in packs, at the prices shown on the website (excluding VAT). Credits are not refundable in cash, except where the law requires it. If a request cannot be carried out, the credits return to the account. Free credits have no exchange value. A new account has a 7-day trial period without a watermark; after that period, without a plan, new images carry a watermark. The 3D model stays published for 6 months from delivery; it is then renewed with credits or taken down, and the files are kept for 12 months.

Content

The photographs, floor plans and data you upload are yours. You declare that you have the right to use them. You authorize archie to process them for the sole purpose of producing the materials requested. We do not use your files for any other purpose without your consent. You can delete properties and files whenever you want.

Delivery and turnaround

Tools that run instantly deliver in minutes. Tools reviewed by the team have the turnaround shown when you order (1 day for floor plans, up to 2 days for video; 4 business days for klon™, or 2 with priority). Turnaround times run from the order.

Limits

We may suspend accounts that use the service for illegal purposes, for misleading images or in ways that compromise the security of the service. We do not guarantee that the service is always available.
